Surface Preparation
For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which the material is to be consumed. To remove dust, dirt, or loose particles by emery paper, wire brush. To get optimum performance the surface must be dry, free from oil grease. For concrete surface, old concrete surface should be examined for structural soundness. Unsound areas must be repaired.
Precaution
Mix only the required quantity of material, which can be utilized within stipulated pot- life to avoid solidification. Wash all the tools and tackles with industrial solvent immediately after the application is completed.

DIBHALITE- FXWC is Epoxy based Solvent Free Two Component Systems, especially formulated for best performance of Adhesion to Road Studs both on Bitumen and Concrete Surfaces.
Moreover, it’s designed as resistance to UV rays, Water resistance and being inherent flexible properties also resist Expansion and Contraction due to heavy traffic movements along with weather changes during the year.
Moreover, being loaded with specific fillers can also be consumed for Concrete joints in RCC.
